When the pandemic hit, Mo Rabiu, an eight-year resident of Albany, decided to take a chance and buy European Tailoring and Alterations, which was right in the middle of the city's downtown. Rabiu's shop features a variety of goods and also items that her customers are attempting to sell along with old "gems."
